Relevant qualifications, training and experience
I am a qualified Master NLP Practitioner, have 2 years’ experience working as a mental health peer support worker as well as a level 2 certificate in counselling.I have my own experience living with mental health issues and navigating challenging life experiences including coming out at a young age, genetic testing and parental loss.I have also attended many workshops including Brene Brown’s The Daring Way™, how to deal with emotionally challenging conversations, assertiveness, and what Recovery is among others.I have been coaching for 10 years now, have run multiple rewilding retreats and sharing circles as well as wellbeing workshops both for my own clients and for the University of Portsmouth.

Below is the typical way we’d begin our coaching journey.
1. Using my calender link, book in a cuppa at a time that works for us both. This is an opportunity to talk through where you’re at, what you might want and whether we’re a good fit for each other. It allows me to ask some questions to explore what might work best for you, and get to know you. It’s best to plan this at a time where you can be fully present in the conversation, and not worry about being overheard or interrupted.2. After this, I’ll follow up with an email on some options on how we could move forward, or on the rare occasions I think a different path would work better for you, I’ll also include these.3. You reply, and we take it from there!
