Hello & Welcome

My name’s Lisa Pascoe and I’m an intuitive life coach, nature lover and host of the Bravehearts Rising podcast. I help empaths, deep feelers and highly sensitives like you to press pause, hit the reset button and connect with your intuition to gently navigate the world and your purpose.

Time for Change

If the above statements resonate with you, you’re in the right place. Folks usually come to me when they’re going through a period of change and are feeling lost, disconnected or unsure of their next steps. They have a sense of a deeper meaning to life but are not sure exactly what that looks like for them. This leads to a sense of feeling unfulfilled. 

Before reading any further, I invite you to place a hand on your heart and take a deep breath in and then exhale. Repeat 3 – 5 times. 

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, breathing and grounding exercises are vital in helping you get out of your busy mind and into your body – the home of your inner guidance and wisdom. From here you’ll be able to access deeper insights much more easily.
