About

“Lisa has helped me to break my big ideas/dreams into smaller steps, making me feel my dreams can become my reality. She has also allowed me to connect with my inner strength” Rachael E, photographer & illustrator, Portsmouth

I started coaching after noticing a big issue in society:

So many talented, caring humans around me were spending so much of their energy criticising themselves and holding themselves back from being truly happy.

I couldn’t help but wonder what would be possible if they took all that energy and used it for positive change. So, I decided to make it my life’s work to help women & lgbtq+ folks realise their own potential so that together we could change the world for the better.

It’s time to stop the self-sabotage and destructive habits, and instead learn to honour all the parts of you so you feel at peace with yourself and have a plan for the future that excites you.

Growing Up

Growing up I was a quiet, introverted only child. I was sensitive to the world around me and I didn’t always know how to handle my feelings. I was a perfectionist and always very hard on myself. As a teenager this was unbearable at times.

I came out at 15 and this led to a lot of questioning of my identity and my place in the world. I had to find ways to be truly me (whatever that meant) while also trying to fit in.

So, I know what it’s like to struggle to like yourself, to constantly fall short of your own expectations and feel like you want to disappear at times.  It’s this empathy coupled with my NLP tools and intuitive abilities that enables me to help my clients navigate choppy waters into calmer territory.

Why I do what I do

Watch this talk I did at Inspiring Talks Brighton to find out more about why I’m so passionate about tuning into the seasons and your energy cycles for improved wellbeing

What I Adore

In true introvert style I adore cosy evenings by a log fire and walks among the trees. Nature has always been my tonic for a busy mind. It’s what brings me alive. I feel most free and at peace when surrounded by wilderness. It’s why I’m a big advocate of nature-based coaching and retreats.

I love dancing, cake, sausage dogs, travel and beautiful stationery. I live in Portsmouth with my wife, and dog, Henry.
