Today I’m talking to the wonderful Anna Mould. She is a mental health nurse, and author of the book Green Pigs and Me, which is a collection of letters to her younger self written during lockdown. In the book she looks back at key events in her life with kindness and gratitude, giving her younger self the hope and guidance she needed 15 years ago.
In this conversation from the heart Anna shares her experience of people pleasing, navigating family life and boundaries as well as of writing her first book. She also gives us a nurse’s insight into dementia and what we can do to become a more dementia friendly society.
Anna’s courage and compassion is inspiring.
