Time for Change is a chance for you to press pause, get out of your busy head, and start prioritising your self care. Go from feeling overwhelmed and lost, to calm, grounded and clear on your next steps. Think of it as a mini self-care reset.
I worked with Lisa throughout a very challenging transition time in my life, meeting up for four sessions overall, always in magical outdoor settings.
