The Dive Deeper package is perfect for you if you are currently going through a transition period, and/or are feeling lost and want to make some significant, sustainable changes in your life.
Over the course of three months we’ll work together on your mindset and wellbeing, helping you to develop a more positive, nourishing relationship with yourself. In addition, we’ll identify what’s really important to you (not what you think should be) and create a clear plan with simple steps to help you achieve your goals.

This package includes:
♥ Pre-coaching questionnaire so that we can deep dive into your coaching sessions and make the most of our time together.
♥ 6 x 75 minute personalised coaching sessions, online via Zoom. Think of these as micro-retreats where we’ll take a deep dive into your unique situation, identify what’s been holding you back and create new ways of doing things that promote emotional well-being and self belief.
♥ Session recordings for future reference.
♥ A set of hand-picked techniques to help you be kinder to yourself and better manage any future challenges that arise. This could include breathing exercises, particular reflective prompts, sayings and visualisations, for example.
♥ Tailored action plan and accountability to ensure that you get the most out of the Deep Dive and do the things that are important to you.
♥ Worksheets & journaling prompts for private reflection so you can gain even more powerful insights following our sessions.
