These powerful outdoor coaching sessions are designed to help you plant the seeds of transformation. Together we’ll create the space you need to re-connect with your intuition and start to identify where in your life you feel you need to make changes.
As we walk and talk in a beautiful natural setting, we’ll clear your mind of your current challenges and focus on creating a set of easily achievable action steps to get you feeling more at ease and confident about your immediate future.
Outdoor coaching is perfect for you if you love the outdoors and are ready to start living life more intuitively so that you have healthier boundaries, better relationships and feel happier in yourself and your life as a whole. You’ll come away feeling grounded, empowered, and with a greater sense of clarity.
♠ A pre-session questionnaire so that we can deep dive into your session and make the most of our time together.
♠ 3.5 hour personalised woodland coaching session. At least 30 minutes of reflection time will be built into this to make sure you get the most out if the session.
♠ A simple session summary detailing what was covered so you don’t get distracted feeling like you have to write everything.
♠ Accountability check in 1 week after our session to keep you on track.

There is plenty of parking and an onsite cafe at both locations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q.1. Is outdoor coaching for me?
If the idea of pressing pause and walking among the trees speaks to you at a deeper level, then the likelihood is yes. The only way to find out is to try it!
Q.2 Do you offer outdoor sessions in Winter? What if it rains?
Outdoor coaching sessions are beneficial whatever the weather. As long as you are suitably dressed you’ll be fine. In case of extreme weather conditions such as snow I would contact you to see if you wanted to reschedule for a different day.
Q.3 What would you recommend I wear to an outdoor session?
I recommend dressing for the season and wearing comfortable shoes. If it’s been raining in the lead up to your session, it’s likely that the walk will be muddy. In this case I would recommend wearing wellies or walking boots. Bring a rain-proof jacket just in case.
Q.4 What would you recommend I bring to an outdoor session?
I recommend bringing a journal and your favourite stationery so you can write down any initial thoughts, insights or takeaways at the end of our session.
Q.5 I love the sound of outdoor coaching sessions but don’t live near to Queen Elizabeth Country Park or The Sustainability Centre. Do you offer them anywhere else?

Q.6 Are these sessions one off or do you recommend having a series of sessions?
This depends on your unique situation. These empowering sessions can be stand alone providing you with an instant boost to your sense of wellbeing and a fresh way of looking at your situation.
Alternatively, you may feel as though you would benefit from a series of outdoor sessions. In this case, we would decide how many would be most beneficial and tailor them to your needs.
