As spring approaches, this workshop is a nourishing opportunity to explore what self love means to you, the stories you tell yourself and what you can do to create a greater sense of inner peace and self compassion in your life.
We’ll also talk about how this relates to how you want to show up in the world and the difference you want to make.
Safe Space to Tune Into Your Intuition
Together we’ll create a safe space to share honestly and openly about our relationship with ourselves. We’ll also look at how we can tune into our intuition and the seasons for deeper support. In addition, there’ll be writing prompts for private reflection and cocoon time leaving you feeling rested and loved.
Self Acceptance is Radical
In a world that bombards us with information on how we should live our lives, self acceptance is a radical act. Being kind to yourself, setting boundaries – these are not luxuries but necesseties for you to stay well and happy.
