About Paula Lawson
Paula Lawson is a health and wellness coach based in the North East of England where she lives with her husband Andy and their two dogs Chester and Willow.
She’s a big lover of the quiet life, meditation, hiking, mountains and celery juice! She’s been vegan since 2018 and believes in eating a plant-based diet for optimum health. She also believes that our mental and emotional health are equally if not more important than diet.
Back in 2010 she was the most poorly she’s ever been. Gradually she began to invest more time and energy into her wellbeing. Through mindset and lifestyle changes she was able to overcome severe anxiety, depression, binge eating and low self-esteem.
Her passion for health and well-being led her to train as a certified health and wellness coach in 2016. In addition, she draws on over 11 years’ experience as a secondary school food and nutrition teacher to offer one-to-one coaching, workshops and retreats for those wanting to prioritise their well-being.
