This seasonal coaching package includes:
♥ Pre-coaching questionnaire so that we can deep dive into your coaching sessions and make the most of our time together.
♥ 3 x 75 minute personalised coaching sessions, online via Zoom. Think of these as monthly micro-retreats dedicated to exploring your current situation, your thoughts and the seasons. Create calm and get clear on ways you’d like to move forward that will also promote emotional wellbeing and kinder habits towards yourself.
♥ Session recordings and summaries for future reference.
♥ A set of hand-picked techniques to help you be kinder to yourself and better manage any challenges that arise. This could include breathing exercises, bespoke journaling prompts and affirmations, for example.
♥ Tailored action plan and accountability to ensure that you get the most out of the Deep Dive and do the things that are important to you.
♥ Worksheets and prompts for private reflection. These will include seasonal related themes such as slowing down, self care and letting go.
♥ Email support to keep you on track and your mind in check.
