If you’re someone who is highly self critical and prone to feeling overwhelmed by all the shoulds, I invite you to give yourself the gift of time to pause, reflect and create space for more calm in your life.
Life has been a rollercoaster this past year filled with uncertainty and change. Your nervous system system has felt worn out at times.
I have created these monthly self care circles as a gentle way for you to have space for reflection, to set some intentions for new ways of being and restore a sense of inner balance.

Self Care for Deep Feelers & Sensitive Souls
The Sunday Self Care Circles are specifically for deep feelers and sensitive souls like you who struggle to prioritise their own self care and manage their energy levels. I know that this can result in feeling worn out, unmotivated and as though you’ve lost your spark. These monthly circles are here to help you get grounded and reconnect with yourself so that you feel calmer and more present in your daily life.
They are a chance to slow down, connect and feel nourished. Each circle will focus on a different topic relating to self care and living more in tune with the seaons. Previous circle themes have included: self worth, tuning into your intuition, managing your energy, courage and boundaries.

‘Sounds intriguing but I feel a bit apprehensive about sharing with strangers.’
It’s totally normal to feel nervous about attending a circle, if you’ve never been to one before. Rest assured that you will be welcomed to share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. There is no judgement and all of you is welcome. In fact, what usually happens is you feel feel reassured that others have similar worries and feelings as you.
While I will ask some questions about challenges, I also invite circle attendees to think about things in new and creative ways.
Here are some examples of some previous circle questions:
- What stories do you carry around about yourself?
- What does it mean to ‘be enough’.
- What seeds are you planting for the coming months?
- What are you feeling grateful for?
- When do you feel most connected.
These self care circles are a great chance to check in with yourself monthly and cultivate a calmer, kinder relationship with yourself so you can focus on doing more of what you enjoy.
Sunday Sanctuary Self Care Circles are held on the last Sunday of each month from 10:30 – 12:00 BST, unless there’s a bank holiday when they’ll be the week before.

There are up 8 spaces available for each circle to maintain a gentle, cosy feel where everyone gets a chance to share.
Each circle costs £30 or you can buy a bundle of 5 for £135. If you buy the bundle but can’t attend all of the above dates, it’s fine. You’ll be able to book onto future Sunday Self Care Circles.
