I have created this workshop for sensitives and empaths like you because I know that looking after your energy levels and wellbeing can be particularly challenging in a noisy world that was not designed for you.
This workshop is for you if you are prone to overwhelm, anxiety, self doubt and/or burnout. These are all common issues that us sensitives experience and I am passionate about changing this.
If we’ve not met: hi – I’m Lisa and I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Growing up as a highly sensitive, empath I really struggled with my hormones and emotions. I have spent the last 10 years learning to embrace my sensitivities and find ways to support my mental health and wellbeing. I am a trained Master NLP practitioner with experience working with people experiencing severe and enduring mental health illnesses. My nature-based approach to wellbeing is intuitive and grounded in a holistic approach to self care.

By the end of the workshop you’ll feel inspired and able to create a flexible and intuitive self care practice, one that works for you as we move through the seasons.
In this workshop we will cover:
🌿 what wellbeing actually is and the challenges empaths & sensitives experience in this area.
🌿 rewilding and how this can help you look after your wellbeing more effectively. Hint: it’s all about working with your natural cycles not against them.
🌿 what intuition is and practical ways to slow down and tune in.
🌿 the importance of listening to your body.
🌿 cyclical living – tuning into your energy cycles, the seasons and the moon to adopt a gentler more intuitive way of being.
🌿 cultivating a kind approach to yourself and your self care.
🌿 creating an intuitive,flexible self care plan that works for you rather than being something that you beat yourself up for not doing.
🌿 creative tools to inspire and support you in your wellbeing journey.
By the end of this workshop you will:
♥ have a deeper understanding of what intuition is and various techniques to tune into it and support your wellbeing.
♥ be equipped with ideas and tools to deepen your relationship with your intuition so that you are living more in tune with yourself.
♥ be able to create an intuitive, flexible self care plan that works for you and your energy cycles.
♥ feel re-energised and inspired to create a self care practice that supports you at a deeper, more intuitive level.

This is a 90-minute online workshop consisting of a 45 – 60 minute live training from me along with time for private planning and reflection plus Q&A at the end.
If you are unable to attend on the day a recording will be sent out with 48 hours of the workshop.
